  • Any other information that you voluntarily submit to the Website.

How Your Information May Be Used

As stated above, Plan A's collection of PII is premised on helping you enjoy a better user experience. Plan A obtains PII from its users in order to diagnose problems and properly administer the Services. Plan A does not provide, sell, or rent your PII to anyone outside the organization, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.

Although Plan A does not sell or rent your PII to third parties, Plan A may, however, share your PII with third parties to provide the Services. Where Plan A relies on third party service providers to provide the Services, such as a third party domain name registrar, it may be necessary for Plan A to share your PII with third party service providers to properly service your request.

Plan A may also share your PII with third party service providers retained by Plan A in order to aid in the performance of Plan A's services, such as when a credit card processor is required to facilitate a transaction. Plan A may also transfer your personal or personally identifiable information to third parties upon your consent. Plan A is not responsible for actions taken by third parties and you are advised to review third party providers’ privacy policies.

Plan A may share your PII with its company parents or subsidiaries or to a third party in a sale of Plan A or the Services. Plan A may also share or otherwise use your PII to respond to a duly authorized subpoena or court order, to respond to regulatory requests by government authorities, or where it has a good faith belief that sharing PII is necessary to protect the safety, security, and/or reputation of Plan A, its employees, officers, agents, board of directors, investors, and/or its users, including as part of investigations, or in litigation, and, where necessary, to prevent fraud, false advertising, death, imminent bodily harm, or the violation of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or treaty, whether local, state, provincial, national or international.

How Is My Information Secured?

Plan A works to protect the security of your PII and, to the best of its ability, has implemented industry standard encryption to protect against unauthorized access to, or interception of, your PII.

Plan A collects and processes your PII on servers located within the United States and, through your use of the Services, you hereby expressly agree to the processing of your PII within the United States.

How Do I Cease Plan A's Collection and/or Use of My Information?

You may cease Plan A's collection and/or use of your PII by discontinuing your use of the Services.

Online Tracking and California Do Not Track ('DNT') Disclosures

Plan A does not track and/or collect PII from your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services. Since this is the case, Plan A does not respond to a browser’s DNT signal. The Plan A’s website may host embedded third party content, such as a social media feature, that may set cookies on your browser and/or obtain information about the fact that you visited a specific Plan A website from a certain IP address. Any PII obtained in this fashion, however, is that which is voluntarily provided by you to the third party.

Plan A reserves the right to suspend, replace, modify, amend, or terminate this Privacy Policy at any time and within its sole and absolute discretion. In the event Plan A replaces, modifies, or amends this Privacy Policy in a material way, Plan A will notify you by updating the Effective Date, located at the top of this Privacy Policy.
